I've had apartment with bathrooms, the upper bedroom and a so called terrace. The location was excellent and stunning, near to Venice, and restaurants, I couldn't have asked for anything better...

We had an amazing experience at San Marco Boutique. the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. We loved being able to easily explore the area and even took a waterbus to Lido beach. the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable king bed for our daughter. the view from the bedroom overlooking the canal was picture-perfect. the apartment was also clean and we appreciated the starter pack of toiletries. Despite concerns about the air conditioning, it kept us cool even in the high temperatures. we couldn't find any faults with the property. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way! ☺️.

Overall, it’s good home base for exploring Venice tourist places. Clean rooms, they provide an ironing set, multi-channel television, and a dining area too...

This apartment is a nice place for staying in Venice. The venue provides TV, a microwave and a fridge. Favourable and unbeatable location, it is minute walk from a main street:)))

Great for families! Spacious rooms and kitchen, perfect for a comfortable stay. the location was excellent, close to major attractions and easy access to transportation options. We especially enjoyed the convenient starter pack provided, which made settling in hassle-free.

Obtaining keys was a bit troublesome, and the directions could have been clearer. the bathroom toilet seats needed some adjustments.

Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet available. Absolutely perfect and stunning setting close enough to lovely shops and restaurants and restaurants.

It was excellent and amazing to everything you want to see. Appreciated that it was also so close to restaurants as well as shopping area.

Recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Venice for 3 days. The location was superb, right in the heart of everything. We easily explored the city using the waterbus and even visited Lido beach. The spacious apartment had a stunning view of the canal from the bedroom, perfect for taking pictures and watching gondolas pass by. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, and we appreciated the starter pack provided. The air conditioning kept us cool despite the hot weather, proving that the previous negative reviews were unfounded. couldn't fault the experience. Just follow the owner's directions to find it easily.
